How to prepare a healthy recipe for breakfast

Good morning my dear friends, today I want to share with you something different, but healthy! So, I decided to share great healthy recipes for breakfast. This is so easy recipe, and with this breakfast, you will feel ready for new adventures. So my title is: How to prepare a healthy recipe for breakfast?! Prepare healthy recipes for breakfast with almond oil

What you need for ingredients?!

  • a cup of almond;
  • a cup of tick seeds;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tablespoons of water;
  • a little salt (if you like more or little);
  • pepper.

Mix all this in one plate and assemble it into one mass. Aside from being quick, healthy is great if you also like looking for some healthy recipe for any part of the day. Now that you’ve learned what you need all of the ingredients, it’s time for me to describe the preparation process to you. Put almost and seeds in the chopper. Finely chop, add water, salt, paper, and egg. Pour the whole mixture into a baking tray. Lightly roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into cubes, arbitrary sizes. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool slightly, and serve yourself and your family with a healthy breakfast or meal throughout the day.
