Good morning my dear friends, I want to say thank you for the amazing comments I already get on my yesterday article. I am so proud and very thankful for all these views. I know what do you like, and what I must focus more on my blog. So behind yesterday’s article, I decided to write it about the Retro style inside your home this month! What do you think? It’s totally great to write about this topic 😀
What is R style and how you can recognize?
This style is style that is consciously derivative or imitative of trends, modes, fashions, or attitudes of the recent past. According to Wikipedia, the term retro has been in use since the 1970s to describe on the one hand new artifacts that self-consciously refer to particular modes, motifs, techniques, and materials of the past.
Retro or vintage design refers to a broad range of graphic design styles which lift influences and inspiration from different historical eras and r style design.
This style is totally great if you have houses you can not see in every flat retro or vintage style furniture but houses is ok. Why, because you get more space to redesign inside your house. And I love to see when someone had lovely retro.
Why I love retro? because you have all your designs in one place. and if you love life you love colors. If we don’t have colors our life will be very monotone and that’s not good for our souls. All of us love to relax after a hard day and get new power when you sit right here.
R style is good also if you love details. Art Deco here is very popular, and if you like Art Deco this is it. You are a vintage designer. You are the designer in your life.
This is the way how you can recognize the R or V style when you see somewhere.
- Accents and Flooring;
- Pulling It Together.
Furniture– Sofas are broad and elongated with multi-colored throw pillows for an added dash of color.
Colors– Avocado green is by far the most popular retro color choice followed closely by mustard yellow. And combinations of brown, black, white, and red. In addition, purple and hot pink. Both make a great addition to your retro decor.
Textures– Remember, everything is bold when you’re decorating in the retro style so don’t be afraid of textures. The more the better.
