Good morning my dear friends, I want to say thank you so much for yesterday’s views and comments on what you wrote. I m so proud and happy if I give you something new and great. Thank you for that, but today I’ll write about how to design your home in Eclectic style with extra details. Sound’s great do you hear this sound hehe. Let’s start!
What is an Eclectic style?
Unlike some styles, which adhere to a strict set of rules, eclectic style is freer and is characterized by variety. Eclecticism involves incorporating pieces from different periods and styles. I can say in this style you can be free to mix what do you like. Yeah, that’s the right description.
Eclectic colors (more or less)?
It can be colorful and it can be just in one or two colors. It depends on your imagination and how exactly you creative. But, if you remember I write in the last two articles you must choose two or three colors in one room. Because only with three colors you can decorate your room and get a realistic visual effect. I love it when I say tips jus like this.
Eclectic Style is a Funky Mix? I love funky design, what about you?!
Many people who like eclectic decor may be eclectic themselves, not fitting into any one stereotype or group. These people like what they like, decor-wise, and they aren’t afraid to put it all out there. Even if it goes against more popular styles of decorating. This is it, I am eclectic stylish but I love very style inside interior design 😀
So, when you look at the first sight some room in this style you can see for e.g up here on a picture my favorite style. This is a traditional style with a Belgian style. Because only in these two styles you have combination with glass and metal. And colors like blue, purple, and pastel green. These are two styles. If you want to learn more about these two styles click on them.
How you can recognise this style somewhere?! Look down below list from details:
- A calm mix of periods and styles;
- Neutral background colors;
- Unexpected use of materials and/or items;
- Uniqueness in art and furnishings;
- A “pulling together” through pattern, shape, texture, finish or color;
- Everything has its place, but it may look cluttered;
- Old easily mixed in with new;
- Handmade items or items with sentimental value.
The eclectic decorator knows exactly how to smooth out the bumps with oddball textures and furnishings, so it looks awesome. This the best way to explore with your imagination and doing amazing mess around us.
